Fresh, modern and welcoming. This stunningly designed café fortunately pays as much care and attention to the food as it does the décor. It's only small so arrive early and be prepared to be wedged close to your neighbours, but the food is worth it.
Every single item of food is made from scratch, including the croissants and the pastry for the tarts. The baking is American-influenced and you'll find some recreations of the classics from legendary New York bakery, Momfoku.
Giant multi-layered cakes are as delicious as they are eye-catching and the chefs are constantly experimenting with flavours. One cake that began as a trial is looking like it will make a worthy regular appearance: lemon, blueberry and mint.
