| Founded by Kay and Katie, Pet Lamb Patisserie occupies a small, takeaway only, corner stall at Newcastle's Grainger Market. All of the cakes, cupcakes and brownies are made just behind the counter with two Kitchen Aid mixers. This ensures everything is as fresh as can be and allows customers full view of their treats from start to finish. Top sellers are the salted caramel cupcake and the Oreo brownie. |
