| A waterside café with magnificent estuary views, the Quayside Lawrenny is set in the heart of the 'Secret Waterway', part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park. It’s a favourite place to visit by locals and holidaymakers alike. The main menu is complimented with an ever-changing list of blackboard specials, all made at the Quayside. Popular cakes include a classic Carrot Cake, Sticky Ginger Cake & Chocolate Fridge Cake and range to Baked Blueberry Cheesecake, Banoffi Pie (Andrew's mum's recipe) and the famous 'Quayside Lemon Thing'. Weekends see the enormous multi-layered Strawberry and Fresh Cream Victoria Gateaux (which only fits in the counter after 6 slices have been cut out!), as well as a jumbo-sized Chocolate Beetroot Cake. |
