In the beautiful town centre of Harrogate is Sugar Therapy, a boutique patisserie, where Patisserie Chef and owner, Charlotte Marrifield, can be found creating in her open plan kitchen. A collection of approximately ten of Charlotte’s award-winning and spectacularly imagined desserts are always on offer including the stunning Chocolate and Sea Salted Caramel Sphere and her Sherbet Lemon Meringue.
Charlotte was recently described by food journalist Ruth Campbell the ‘Damien Hurst of Desserts’ and has worked in Michelin Starred restaurants, training under the legendary Stephen Markwick. She also runs a cookery school, designs special occasion cakes and offers award winning ‘Pret A Patisserie’ afternoon tea within the patisserie.
