| T&Cake is a modern licensed café, on a bustling suburban street in Almondbury, West Yorkshire. Serving bespoke loose leaf teas, excellent locally-roasted coffee, interesting sandwiches, snacks and, of course, lots of cake. No cake place based in Almondbury with a sense of humour could resist offering an Almond-Berry cake and here it is done with aplomb. Almost everything served in the café is sourced locally and even much of the fruit, vegetables and herbs are grown at the owners’ farm or foraged from the wild. Owners Stephen and Tracy Jackson used to run a fine dining restaurant nearby so their kitchen skills are superb and their experience shines through in the quality of the food and service. |
