The chefs at the Fruitmarket Gallery Cafe attempt to incorporate both style and flavour in their cooking, so expect everything from colourful, crunchy salads, mezze platters, heart-warming curries and bakes, to Mediterranean flans, tarts, cakes and traybakes. The carrot cake is so popular that when it was temporarily taken off the menu it caused a customer revolt.
Specials change daily and seasonal produce is always the starting point, so whatever customers choose, they are guaranteed variety throughout the year. |
