Michelin-starred chef and food writer Skye Gyngell creates a gastronomic adventure for her clientele using the seasonal produce growing in the kitchen garden of Petersham House - particularly its wide range of herbs and fruit. Afternoon tea is comprised of delicious homemade cakes, biscuits, ice creams, whole leaf teas and English fruit juices, and tea-tasting workshops are also available.
