Rabot Estate is a cacao producer based on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, and a chocolate shop and café nestled within the gastronomic hub that is Borough Market. Attracting foodies and chocolate lovers alike, the unique chocolate café boasts an innovative menu that is based on a variety of sweet and savoury cocoa-based wraps. A variety of chocolate drinks are also offered, including the award-winning drinking chocolate and cocoa tea. This is the latest chocolatier to be opened by Hotel Chocolat founders Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris. Rustic in feel, the interior features reclaimed materials to replicate the weathered ambiance of a St. Lucian rum shack.
