Drawing inspiration from London’s glittering fashion scene, Prêt-à-Portea at the Berkeley presents pastries modelled from dazzling designer items. Creating delicious desserts replicating handbags and dresses, each creation is a work of art. The real treat however is devouring them. Fashionistas can feast on the exquisite chocolate Chloé Praline Clutch or the light and fruity Tory Burch Bavarois. Making for a special experience, canapés, sandwiches and cakes are served on china designed by Paul Smith. The original selections of teas include unique blends such as the Pear Caramel. Sprinkled with a smattering of special touches, afternoon tea takers are treated to their own personal name card, friendly service and a handbag takeaway box for unfinished goodies.
