Evoking an atmosphere of old-fashioned glamour, The Savoy’s afternoon tea is held in the striking and recently refurbished Thames Foyer. Finger sandwiches, scones, delicious pastries and signature cakes are among the treats on offer. The stylish setting features an elegant glass cupola, allowing guests to enjoy afternoon tea amid the magnificent winter garden gazebo and shining natural light. The grand piano tinkles in the background, further adding to the tranquil ambiance. Inspired by champagne, cocktails and cabaret, the venue boasts dramatic jet-black and burnished gold hues. Take-home chocolates, pâtisserie, jams, tea and china can be purchased in The Savoy tea shop - here guests can also see pastry chefs and chocolatiers put the finishing touches on cakes and confectionery. The latest addition to the menu is the Art Decadent Tea, now served in the Beaufort Bar.
