| A Vegetarian Boutique Bakery accommodating a small capacity of cake-loving customers, on the ground level of an historic Clock Tower in the heart of Carmarthen Market. The listed building dates back to the 1800's when it was originally used as a base for the market managers. It now provides an intimate environment in which to indulge in an array of baked products, both sweet and savoury. Mother and daughter team began baking whilst studying together for their Masters degrees; selling their cakes and bakes in farmers markets to raise money. They took over their current premises in December 2012 and the business has steadily continued to grow ever since. Outdoor seating is provided under a bright pink gazebo for visitors wishing to take time out overlooking the market square, whilst indulging in some uniquely hand crafted delicacies. |
