The Bodnant Welsh Food Centre is located at Furnace Farm, within the scenic surroundings of the Conwy Valley. The 18th century farm buildings now houses one of the most picturesque tearooms in Wales with views over the Conwy Estuary and the Carneddau Hills. Passionate about traditional Welsh cuisine, Bodnant Welsh Food offers produce from its own estate and from carefully selected local producers, including milk from the farm across the river.
Highlights with a local lean include homemade Welsh cakes or a slice of Bara Brith. All treats are baked on site each morning and include scones, often still warm from the oven, flapjacks, brownies and a host of luscious cakes. |
